This bit’s nice, I promise. It’s important. It’s also a function of where you are today.
As I started to write this section, something unusual happened. My guardian angel stepped forward and gently whispered in my ear that she would like me to channel. I rarely channel, but I can do it. Channeling is only as good as how clear your crown (chakra) is. Many do it and to be honest I find twenty versions of the same existing over the internet rather dull. I would encourage you to communicate direct and trust what you receive.
In Christianity, it’s receiving the Holy Spirit.
Channelling is telepathic communication with another. You essentially are a conduit for that soul to communicate whether it be another human soul the other side of the veil (mediumship) or an angelic being or any other form of consciousness. I have even communicated with hydra in my healing work (hydra is a water-based consciousness) so you can connect with pretty much anything in my book but of course, there’s a degree of subjectivity to it. My view of the world is going to be different from yours. It would be incredibly boring if we were the same!

So here goes. A message from my guardian angel for all:
“I am Edi’s guardian angel. (Edi is my soul name). I have been with Edi throughout all of her time on planet terra (earth). I have witnessed all that she has done, all of her highs and lows, all of her incarnations.
I am from the 7th dimension. From the realms of angels from where there are many of us. We have chosen not to incarnate for our path is different. We have chosen to maintain our perspective of the non-visible frequencies – the aspects that humanity generally does not see. Though as Edi awakens more and more, remembers who she truly is and embodies herself, she sees more. It is something many are doing now. Edi’s path is a little ahead of some and that is so for her service to humanity.
We are side by side throughout every incarnation. Every twist and turn. It is our duty to primarily protect but also to ensure the success of the soul lesson at each juncture. Each incarnation has a learning purpose. In some instances, it is achieved. In some, it is carried over to the next life. For Edi, so many of her lessons are culminating in this lifetime and that is by deliberate design. Without it, she wouldn’t remember what a remarkable being she truly is.
As we are together now, Edi journeys well through her life, though we appreciate it hasn’t been easy for her. The purpose of her current incarnation at this present time is to utulise her gifts in the face of animosity from those around her. It is here she will master her gifts and truly guide others to do the same. Courage has been a critical part of this.
We hope that by connecting with her energy, it can inspire you to embark, continue and to persevere on your path. We know that humanity is amidst difficult times on terra. But know this, it will cease and come to an end when you say so. And when you are ready.
I have loved being beside Edi, to watch her grow and develop. It has taught me patience and humility. It has taught me resilience to be there for another. I feel honoured and blessed. I am truly grateful. Thank you for taking the time to read this. With my loving blessings.”

I felt immensely encouraged after channeling this. I felt immensely at peace. I hope you can feel the same.
Reflection:
- Connecting with your guardian angel: I suggest you can easily do this with 15-20 minutes spare. Providing you can take time, be still (and calm any head chatter) and be able to listen. If so, light a candle, make yourself comfortable and set the intention clearly to connect with your guardian angel. You may feel/see him/her behind you, or to your side or standing in front. (How you feel/see etc. may be a function of your intuitive abilities aka the clairs). When still, receive the information that flows. You may find having a notepad helpful to jot any key points down. Or indeed your may wish to cherish the connection without any need. Enjoy the stillness, silence and connecting with the loving devotion of your guardian angel. Talk to them as you would another. Share anything. They are there for you and solely you.
- If you feel your crown chakra is blocked, do reach out to a healing practitioner who can support you by clearing any blockages. A good reiki practitioner can do this. I regularly do this for clients in an angelic reiki healing session. It will help enormously. Then try the exercise above.
