Anxiety As A Gift

Anxiety as a gift, I kid yee not. As an experiencer of anxiety and after some seven years of trudging through personal healing (in addition to thirty years of suffering with mind health conditions which is no more), I see anxiety very much as a gift. A reminder that something is out of alignment; a reminder to reflect and find quiet time; a reminder to go within and explore the why? Whilst mental health practitioners may see this differently, I very much see anxiety as something that cannot be ignored but offering an opportunity for transformation.
