Whilst I am out of the office recovering – I hope to return next month, but for now more hibernating is needed, I would like to celebrate our beautiful children. Supporting our Children: Bedtime Antics & Night Terrors

From time to time, I can post comments in Facebook groups, where Mums are asking about how to support their young children at bedtime and during the night. I appreciate my view of the world is more esoteric than others and often either get poo-pooed or laughed at for my responses, however, I am merely trying to open up the path of suggestion for considering alternative remedies to problems rather than the ones that might put a sticky plaster tape on it.

Grounding & Children

Grounding, or earthing, is our connection with the earth. As well as the obvious: our physical body it also includes our other bodies most notably our astral body.
