Healing the collective aspect might feel a formidable aspect to undertake – goodness me – when guided to write, I felt both overwhelmed at first as well as somewhat daunted – for how can one attempt to distill both collective and personal experiences in a reasonably short yet functional article with the aim of supporting others. How could I possibly find the words? Well, this is my attempt.
I intend to break it down into two purposeful articles. It stems from admittedly subjective land healing linked to the slave trade at church’s across the south of England and Holy Island. The details of which I have written here: The Church & The Slave Trade – A Perspective – Community Retreats. I don’t expect everyone to agree with the nature of my work or what I see as a clairvoyant, however, I write to offer a perspective and support to individuals and groups in healing. I am the other end of the spectrum of verifiable proof; however, I am sure you could probably find records in the Vatican. As always, with my work and others like me, take what resonates and be in your heart space to receive.
My involvement in healing collective energies stems from my gifts and abilities to identify streams of consciousness back to their source i.e. the seed point of a particular emotion. Where did it come from? How did it originate? In working with clients, whether it be in a healing capacity or mentoring capacity, journeying back to the seed point is key in the healing path, however challenging that might be do. I also use crystals to support. The crystals, with intention, can collect information in the same way a USB stores information. I am merely doing a natural version of storing information, which is more focused and accurate. Interestingly my bag was stuffed full of the following crystals for the day in question without even realising!
I recently attended an event with the Church of England in relation to the reconciliation process of the Church’s involvement with the slave trade in Bristol. Often and in regard to events such as this, I feel guided to attend, not truly understanding the why at the time. I just trust. It is part of my service and that currently is shifting collective energies.
I don’t have to explain how traumatic this is for some to heal. It is, however, healable. I believe that process has begun. Healing the slave trade has both a collective and personal element. Today, I am looking at the collective energies. Those which are likely to concern many of us one way or another. I think it would be difficult looking at anyone’s ancestry not to find a connection. Its impact was global and it went on for many centuries. There are still sadly those in captive in slavery in our world today.
On a personal level for example, in my family the connection was as a family who campaigned for the abolishment of slavery, but also as someone with a Christian background and contrary to traditional religious teaching (I have accepted past life healing as a necessary part of my path to heal my PTSD/trauma) have had a number of past lives as a nun. Furthermore, my children are of African descent (Haya tribe from Lake Victoria) and I have to date healed a past life of one of my children who came through Bristol and Winchester as a teenage boy slave as well as another whose ancestors at least eleven generations down gave up the hope to live whilst being transported in chains to the coast. The personal healing and offering support to individuals will be in part 2.
So, what information did the crystals hold on my return and how does it relate to the collective energies?
- Star rose quartz – compassion
- Blue lace agate – grief
- Kyanite – anxiety & shock
- Lapis Lazuli – to keep calm
- Clear quartz – clarity
Star rose quartz can be difficult to source, rose quartz is fine. Blue lace agate is also becoming harder to source as the mine is now closed. Kyanite is very brittle – try and source a larger piece as the shards can be tricky to use. Lapis Lazuli is fairly common but can be pricey. Clear quartz, I dug mine out of the ground in France!
For each aspect, I am shown scenes as a clairvoyant. They run like a movie screen. Alongside I will feel everything that people felt at the time. This can be rather engulfing and I do a lot of emotional release alongside. I just allow the emotion to flow through my body until it feels spent. Oftentimes I need to revisit the emotions to ensure they have fully shifted. It’s not the easiest thing to experience, that’s the only way I can describe it though.
So back to the healing:
- Star rose quartz – Compassion – Healing the brutality of the slave trade.
This aspect, sadly undeniable, was something I encountered often at the church’s I visited. Scenes of slaves being sorted, traded. Some were treated better, some not. Babies, children, mothers separated from their young and the anguish. Adults also being mistreated particularly if they protested or attempted to stay with their family members. Escape had devastating consequences. Moving on from this aspect is forgiveness in the heart space.
- Blue lace agate – Grief – Healing loss & emptiness
I was shown scenes in Africa where men, women and children were sold by tribal leaders leaving villages near empty with the elders and sick left to fend for themselves alone with a few children that had hid. There was incredible loss.
The message that came through concurrently was “Forgive our Captors”. I am well aware this isn’t an easy task.
I personally believe that part of our human experience is find forgiveness for all – no matter what – which is described by the Latin term, Agape. (Agape is the highest form of love – charity. It is a very high frequency and I see it as pure white light).
For those struggling with the religious aspect of forgiveness, Ho’oponopono is can be effective. It’s an ancient Hawaiian forgiveness technique and self-healing practice comprising: “I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you”
- Kyanite – Anxiety & Shock – “Ignorance is bliss”
I was shown images of convents and nuns. This aspect related to the naivety of the church’s as to where their wealth came from to build their church’s and institutions. Doing God’s work piously and obliviously to the underlying pain – an “ignorance is bliss” scenario.
The slave trade was established to make money for the church in my view. I was shown this when healing at a church near Salisbury, which I understand to be the location where meetings were held to discuss this and seed the slave trade.
- Lapiz Lazuli – To Keep Calm – “Just doing my job”
Scenes of officials presented – doing their job and being well paid to keep hush as well as returning home at the end of the day to their families struggling to deal with and emotionally process the events of the days. On some occasions, those involved would receive reoccurring threats. Today this would be middle management: “just doing my job”, which is so called plausible deniability I suppose.
There is a call for us to reflect on this. Are we just doing a job supporting a failing system – A system that provides for the rich and keeps the poor poor (e.g. Universal Credit). This is a call to action – a call to self-responsibility – no more just doing our job – we are each accountable. Consequently, we will carry this energy with us – whether you call it karma or something else.
- Clear quartz – clarity
This was more personal. If you ever want clarity of something clear quartz is great for this. I was seeking clarity as to my calling in this regard:
- To hold space (with others so called) for healing and reconciliation to occur whether it be in an individual or group capacity
- To share my observations as a means to supporting
For me this recent experience has been rather overwhelming. Each participant naturally had a story, a connection, a perspective and whilst others might not agree with me, I believe the healing journey has begun. I was very grateful to another who observed my emotional processing, I didn’t feel so isolated in my work, it had meaning. In each story, I felt the pain. I shift this through my body in real time where I can, the rest is etheric baggage I take home. I’m glad I booked the train; the sunset was divine on the way home.
