The Power of Sleep: Information, Healing & Clarity

Sleep.  It’s a conversation that often surfaces with my clients.  How can I improve my sleep?  Are you consciously aware of what you are doing as you sleep?  How can I receive information in my sleep?  How can you receive healing?  How can I set intention?  For those that struggle with a good night’s sleep, I am sorry, it can be wearing.  For those interested in the power of our sleep, do read on.

If sleep is an issue for you, I encourage you to consider the following:  Is your Wi-Fi on?  Do you have technology upstairs?  Do you have gadgets in your room?  Do you have devices by your bed?  If you do, ditch them.  Leave them downstairs or in your living space.  And turn the Wi-Fi off.  From experience the impact of technology can have huge impact on a good night’s sleep.  Next up is alcohol – another culprit.  Then caffeine too near to sleep time – it doesn’t do your nervous system much good anyway.  These are usually the top three malefactors, so seek additional support if sleep is a major issue – it will make a major difference in your life.  What I would like to share today, however, is about the power of our sleep. 

Whilst you slumber peacefully, you are indeed busy on the astral planes.  An astral plane is “a dimension beyond the physical world, where the soul can travel, explore and do a lot more”.  There are different astral planes which vary in frequency.  The lower fourth is where you go after a night on the booze, the sixth astral plane is our equivalent of “hell”, the seventh “heaven”, the eighth, ninth are galactic frequencies.  Rather than me endlessly write about these planes, it is something one needs to figure out for yourselves and bring into conscious awareness.  I do from time to time take clients on a meditation together through the dimensions which can be rather fun – of course protect yourselves first.

So now we have established where you might be.  What are you doing?  I can often see where I am going consciously before I close my eyes.  For example, that can be the galactic planes.  But it is also a time where one can set much needed intentions for the night – whether it be seeking further information, healing support for a physical, mental or emotional ailment or indeed asking for what I need (in general).  I will take each in turn.

  • The intention for information: A friend asked me a while back about a situation in the public domain – the death of a president.  She asked me if one could see “how” something such as this occurs.  All information is available to us – nothing is new, everything exists.  So, we asked the question.  Lo & behold the answer came through, but not what had been reported.  There are of course naturally ‘justifiable’ reasons for this, however, on your path you will seek truth and this is one way to receive it.  Just make sure your question is clear.
  • The intention of healing: I have a cranky back but I also hold the desire to heal my physical body as I am trying not to engage with the narrative of aging. Over our lives (I am saying lives here as I do believe past lives can impact our present, see: Soul Contracts & Past Life Relationships – How Do They Affect Present Life? – Community Retreats), we store & embed emotions in our physical body.  But this does not have to be permanent.  Last night I asked for healing.  I woke up knowing something was different.  My disc in my back felt more aligned and I didn’t experience the same pain when I sneezed.  My choice is either some lengthy wait in a doctor’s queue to receive a 3D explanation or to explore other options.  I chose the latter.  Once again, my intent was specific.  Specific to one point in the physical body.
  • The intention of guidance: There are many forms this can take.  Once I was looking for clarity on skincare – I woke up with the random word “rosehip” in my head.  Another time, I was seeking clarity on a past life and who the person was incarnated now – that person came into my dreams with a similar energy.  In these scenarios, my intention can be more general and open such as “Show me what I need to see to understand the situation”.  So far, its working well.

Things are not limited to these intentions; these are merely examples to illustrate my point about how sleep can support us beyond just the ‘lying-in-bed-conked-out-for-eight-hours’.  Sleep is critically important as the astral planes are an essential part of our existence.  I don’t profess to remember all that I have been up to, only the poignant parts come through in meditation and reflection.  There is, however, a “but” …

I believe the link for many who have participated in recent covid jabs has compromised the link to the astral planes.  Information flow occurs here and that in recent years has been rather slow presenting as stagnation.  In healing sessions, with those courageous enough to step forward, I see a grey coating on the silver cord that can easily be removed (please note I see the ether – this is the space in between).  For further information please see: Healing The Effects of Covid Vaccines – Client Observations – Community Retreats).  There’s just stuff that needs to be removed from one’s body.  The silver cord is what connects you from your body to the astral planes.

So, if sleep is an issue, I encourage one to make this a priority.  If sleep is no issue, make the most of it.  There is a vast consciousness out there, all the information we seek in the multiverse – nothing is new, it is just there and it’s available to all and not the chosen few.
