Sensitive to the energies of others and other energies around you? Trust me, protection to the ‘unseen’ world will help, though to some this not an unseen world, but a world of different frequencies akin to adjusting the dial on a radio.

There are many methods of spiritual protection.  Here are a few tried and tested that may help:

• Pyramid method: Place a 4-sided pyramid with a square base around you. Seal the borders with light and then imagine the outer surface as a mirror on all 5 sides. The mirrors are essential for reflecting all the garbage.
• Chakra technique: Link to you tube in comments. Breath in colour in the order of the chakras starting with the base (red). Breath out red creating a colour field around your body. Repeat for orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, purple, silver, gold and white light until you have a rainbow-coloured border around yourself. Great for working with children too. • Use crystals, carry around them in your pocket, wear as jewellry (don’t forget to clean regularly e.g., by washing under the tap). Use grounding crystals such black tourmaline, snowflake obsidian. I recommend you keep your black crystals apart from others as they will dampen any effect of others.
• Archangel Michael: Ask him to either (a) place a blue cloak of protection around you or (b) place you in a bubble of protection with a platinum shield around you (great for children using bubbles as they can visualize this). Ask 3 times. Be mindful of illusions, yes there are beings out there too that pretend to be angels.  Trust your intuition.
