I come forth this day. I represent the divine feminine: the great grandmothers, the grandmothers, the mothers and their children. We have reached a point in our history, which can no longer be ignored.  It has been going on in our society since I was a child.  The secret meetings; the darkness; the un-love; the wheeling; the dealing; the manipulation. This Council can no longer turn away and for most, I speak to the men.  For despite our best efforts to liaise, to discuss, to counsel, to provide our wisdom, to share, to nurture, we have been ignored.  And so, it continues.

As a child I grew up in secret. My gifts suppressed for the very nature that they were.  I was not the only one.  We each have unique roles. We were brought together and for those of us responsible for the Flame (of Humanity) that was even more so difficult. We trained in secret, separate from our male counterparts and brought together at the age of 21. Only to learn by the time that we took on our vocation, our society was coming into darkness and coming into a state of collapse from its high vibrational state.

We endeavoured to continue, continue to maintain the protection that our island has, but that no longer was possible. The men of this Council chose to remove us from the Flame, deemed us too emotional, unwise, neurotic in pregnancy and therefore incapable of being guardians of one of the most important things that represents our society.

But it did not stop there, it did not stop with the Flame. You wanted to take it further. To remove us from our participation in society as a whole.   We have for weeks, months and now years stood in this Council being laughed at, dismissed, told to be quiet, asked to leave. And no longer can we as a group of women, a group of mothers, a group of daughters, a group of grandmothers: our divine feminine, tolerate this no more.

We take our stand. We no longer want to be part of this collective. In terms of this Council. We no longer see this Council as an authority upon us. We will leave today and we will go back to our homes. We will go back and nurture our children in the best way we can, knowing that some of the men in our society are neglecting themselves and neglecting others. As mothers, as parents, we are naturally concerned for what this will do to our society. How much it will bring it into disarray and how much our children and their children and our future suffer and for how long.

As someone with the gift of foresight I see darkness: great darkness that will beset the world for a long time. I only hope that in that darkness, we can each see the light.  For it will be all of us that suffer. So today as an individual, I stand here and hand back this (handing back an arm bracelet, which each member of the Council wore). I no longer will want to be part of this Council. You do not listen to my wisdom that I bring forth and it is for that that I leave and ask my fellow women to follow.
